• Patient’s Room

All of our rooms are private; each one has one hospital bed for the patient, and a double bed for one companion, bathroom and cable TV.

• Operating rooms

In our facilities there are 4 operating rooms totally equipped, with the capacity to carry out many type of surgeries, for example, renal transplant and open heart. We also have new laparoscopic and hemodynamic equipment.

• New digital radiology center

Our Digital X-ray equipment allows us to make image captures by comfortable processes. It’s provided the results in dry impressions or of making diagnoses to high fidelity.

CAT scans and Ultrasound Equipment in full color are at our disposal; and with our radiological technology we offer: 

• Multi-Speciality Scan.
• Obstetrical 3D Ultrasound, where it will be able to print or to pass to video the images
• Angio high quality image.
• Doppler to color.

• Intensive Care Unit

There are metabolic beds, ventilators 840 and it’s supervised 24 hours a day by our high qualified infirmary personnel.

• The Oasis Nutrition Center

Our goal is to provide a large amount of resources to obtain a vast improvement of our patient’s health, for that reason we commit ourselves in educating in nutrition fact and good eating habits. We offer cooking classes and very informative nutritional conferences.

Additionally all our patients receive pastoral support and a 100% bilingual personnel.

• Cafeteria

The Oasis of Hope’s Cafeteria, offers their patients a rich loving environment, where all the patients get together everyday, giving the opportunity not only to eat right but to make life long friendships. Trained cooks and nutritionists create a delicious and nutritious menu only with the best ingredients.

• Activity Room

We think that education is a crucial part in our patients’ health, for that reason we have reserved a space where they receive various types of classes, group activities, Q & A with our specialists and group psychological therapy.

• Hi-Speed Internet

Internet access is available to all of our patients 24 hours a day, that way you can stay in touch with your loved ones at all time.

• Chapel

Built in 2003 to create a spiritual environment, the chapel offers a quiet, spiritual and yet modern space where the daily prayer sessions are held.

• Long Distance Phone Calls

You can make long distance calls from your room; however, we should advise you that telephone rates for International calls are very high in Mexico. If you are going to be making international calls we suggest the following:

• Ask for your phone bill from at least once a week from your patient assistant.

You have the option of bringing your own cell phone. Remember to make sure you can make internationals call with it.

Incoming Calls Your family and friends can contact you by phone by dialing the hospital directly at (619) 690-8400, which is the switchboard number.  The phone in your room has a voicemail where your loved ones can leave messages for you if you are not in your room or are unable to answer the phone. Also, you have a direct line that does not go through the switchboard; you can ask your patient assistant for this number.

We have a computer available that all our patients and their companions can use to send e-mails. There is no charge for this service. You can bring your laptop computer that can be connected to our wireless network for free, if your computer does not have a wireless card you can rent one from us ($100.00 refundable deposit).
