Internet Access  

Hi-Speed Internet access is available to all of our patients 24 hours a day, that way you can stay in touch with your loved ones at all time.

You can bring your laptop computer that can be connected to our wireless network for free, if your computer does not have a wireless card you can rent one from us ($100.00 refundable deposit).

Telephone & Fax

You can make long distance calls from your room; however, we should advise you that telephone rates for International calls are very high in Mexico. If you are going to be making international calls we suggest the following:

Ask for your phone bill from at least once a week from your patient assistant.
You have the option of bringing your own cell phone. Remember to make sure you can make internationals call with it.

• Incoming Calls

Your family and friends can contact you by phone by dialing the hospital directly at (619) 690-8400, which is the switchboard number.  The phone in your room has a voicemail where your loved ones can leave messages for you if you are not in your room or are unable to answer the phone. Also, you have a direct line that does not go through the switchboard; you can ask your patient assistant for this number.

Cafeteria

The Oasis of Hope’s Cafeteria, offers their patients a rich loving environment, where all the patients get together everyday, giving the opportunity not only to eat right but to make life long friendships. Trained cooks and nutritionists create a delicious and nutritious menu only with the best ingredients.
